Welcome to the NJ Weight Loss Center, a semaglutide weight loss center, conveniently located in Hazlet,  Monmouth County at 812 Poole Ave., Suite C, Hazlet, NJ 07730. The NJ Weight Loss Center, a medical weight loss center, was founded, owned, and staffed by a local, board-certified Internist and staffed by other experienced professionals.

The NJ Weight Loss Center was created as a comprehensive care center to help treat overweight and obese patients. 

All our patients are initially evaluated by a board certified Internal Medicine physician who focuses specifically on medical weight loss. We start off by performing a brief patient and family history and a limited physical examination. With our at-home self-inject semaglutide therapy we can help our patients accomplish goals in a safe, easy, inexpensive and efficient way.

Our program costs only $450 every 4 weeks, which includes the 4 pre-filled syringes. That's only $112.50 per week or just $16.07 per day. There are no other out-of-pocket expenses.
